Welcome to our website.
Australian Sales Training has been established by a group of sales people dedicated to the profession of selling. Too often in our various careers we have seen good people fail simply because of a lack of proper sales training and/or good sales management and leadership.
Some companies believe that good sales people make good sales trainers. That may be true in some instances, but not always. When considering who to have on our team of trainers, we look first and foremost for people who have the ability to transfer skills in practical, down-to-earth, proven ways. Then we look for a successful track record in sales. |
Sales Training for Sales Professionals
We provide a variety of workshops and courses for both individuals and companies. We hold regular workshops that are open to the public, in addition to workshops specifically designed and/or tailored for businesses of all sizes. Whether you are an individual, a sole trader or a large multi-site organisation, we will be able to help you.
Our principals have worked in many countries around the world, and have career backgrounds covering the pharmaceutical industry, banking and finance, insurance, medical devices, retail operations, recruitment, construction, not-for-profits, and professional services.

Where experience matters
The experiences our trainers have gained in their own sales careers make the difference between being an ordinary sales trainer and a great salestrainer.
In addition to the training interventions we undertake, we also provide individual coaching and mentoring. We continue to work one-on-one with our clients (normally in a face-to-face situation, rather than over the phone or by email) until they are ready to move on. A number of clients get to a stage where they "check in" on a regular 3, 6, or 12 month basis just to undertake a "refresher" to keep their skills honed.
